FlickrLeech

Now THIS is what I'm talking about! I love Flickrleech! It's just TON of pics from Flickr based on "Interestingness". Check it out! Right now, goGoGO! (Then get off the Internet and call your representatives and senators and let them know you're mad as hell and not going to take it, anymore.)

Shrimpy Blogrilla?

Technorati Search for: www.blogrilla.com

How strange. Who'd have guessed a link between Blogrilla.com and breaded shrimp?

Performancing for Firefox

On the continued quest for a decent blogging client, I've tried out "Performancing for Firefox". Really slick, but what a piece of shit. I can't get a post to go through without a #3 error! I've got all kinds of juicy stuff to say, but am farting around with the stupid tools, instead.

I hope I can get Flock working, again. I like Flock

Octavia Butler: Taken Too Early

:-( Tragic news. Time for a moment of reflection. Take your hand off that mouse, and witness a tremor in The Force.

...

Okay, now go read that article.

Performancing for Firefox

Ooo! Slick blogging! (Okay, that sounds a little gross, but this extension works just like it oughta!)

Despite Bush's criminal neglect that I always suspected but have just received confirmation of, this still lets me go to bed, tonight, happy! Even GRATEFUL, maybe. Here's a screenshot from the authors' website:

Tape: Bush, Chertoff Warned Before Katrina - Yahoo! News

"One snippet captures a missed opportunity on Aug. 28 for the government to have dispatched active-duty military troops to the region to augment the National Guard.

Chertoff: 'Are there any DOD assets that might be available? Have we reached out to them?'

Brown: 'We have DOD assets over here at EOC (emergency operations center). They are fully engaged. And we are having those discussions with them now.'

Chertoff: 'Good job.'

In fact, active duty troops weren't dispatched until days after the storm. And many states' National Guards had yet to be deployed to the region despite offers of assistance, and it took days before the
Pentagon deployed active-duty personnel to help overwhelmed Guardsmen."

Come on, isn't this criminal? I mean, WTF???
