Evil Fertility

Whatever variety of grass it is that freaks out my allergies, it's blooming! Yuck. This usually lasts 4-6 weeks. Runny nose, itchy eyes, fatigue, and fuzzy brain. And fuzzy brain. Brain's fuzzy. And fatigue. Benadryl seems to be most effective, but it also knocks me out better than any of the others, too. I guess Claritin is the best balance of being somewhat effective and minimizing the drowsiness. The drowsiness. Minimizes the drowsiness.

sorry about that... what I meant to say was:

Maybe you should double up on your Claritin dose? What are the possible side effects of too much Claritin?

I haven't been bothered too much by allergies here. I sneeze once an hour or so. That's about it.

Mmmm, I dunno. Let's see what Google pulls up for 'Claritin overdose'... Hmm, looks like somnolence, tachycardia, and headache. But they also couldn't get anybody to die from it in testing, either, so that's very good news, eh!

BTW, this looks like a site so good it deserves a bookmark in my Food & Health heading.

Benadryl has the same, and only, ingredient as sleep aids?
