EXCELLENT Basic Photography Book
What a great book! It's very well written with current information on how to get better looking pictures w/ your digital camera. I didn't need an encyclopedic tome of knowledge, just some, well, "coaching" is an excellent term, really. They cover the factual and technical details that are necessary, of course, and they cover them in a conversational tone that doesn't get silly or get in the way, mostly. But then they go into WHY some compositions work and specific things you can do to improve your pics in low lighting or other specific situatons that the encyclopedic tomes either don't cover or have buried deep inside, somewhere.
This is a GREAT book. Oh, and the paper quality is good, too!
