Report: Apple records on Jobs options falsified
Apple gave CEO Steve Jobs 7.5 million stock options in October 2001 without authorization from its board and later falsified documents that said the board had met to approve the grant, according to a Financial Times report Thursday.
Yow. You know, I knew something nasty was coming out of Apple, soon... before their options-backdating liberties issue was announced earlier this year. I knew something nasty was coming from them because I really wanted to Trust them and Believe In Them and all that happy horseshit.
Still, I can't claim I imagined something this nasty was coming!
